AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 (A), ARTICLE IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 248, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “REVISED TRAFFIC CODE FOR THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA” AS AMENDED, BY DECLARING A ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME IN CANELAR MORET FROM INTERSECTION OF MAYOR JALDON STREET TO INTERSECTION OF TRIPPLET ROAD IN BARANGAY CANELAR FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 9:00 A.M. AND FROM 4:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M. ON WEEKDAYS
