Why Ley de Zamboanga Exists
Ignorance of the law excuses no one. Yet for most citizens, finding and understanding local ordinances is nearly impossible until an infraction has already occurred.
The Problem
Every Zamboangueño must follow city ordinances — from curfew hours and traffic regulations to business permits and waste disposal.
However, official ordinances are often locked inside hundreds of massive, scanned PDFs that are unsearchable on mobile phones. Most citizens only discover these laws after they are ticketed, penalized, or fined.

How We Process Every Ordinance
To maintain strict fidelity to the law while delivering maximum clarity, our pipeline follows three non-negotiable engineering principles:

Every summary, penalty table, and category links directly back to the official City Hall / Sangguniang Panlungsod PDF. We never fabricate rules — we only reflect what the City Council officially passed.
Real-World Application (ELI5)
We distill legal clauses into simple English ("Explain Like I'm 5"). Each ordinance clearly extracts the exact fines, target audiences, enforcement agencies, and exemptions so you know immediately if it applies to you.
AI-Assisted, Developer-Engineered
